With the latest Sydney wide lockdown restrictions we unfortunately have to close all of our stores for casual shopping.

Although! We Currently can offer the following:

- Contactless COVID safe Click and Collect Available from each store location!

- Open air COVID Safe parking

- Delivery

- Shop online

- Call Us to place an Order.

Update 26 June 2021

With the current Greater Sydney wide lockdown beginning 6pm today, Tucker Barbecues will remain open during the lockdown period. However, we are monitoring the situation closely and have ensured that there are QR Code Check Ins and Sanitisation stations at entry points with other CoVid-19 safe procedures in place.

Update 06 May 2021

Dear Customer,

 

Tucker Barbecues has been informed yesterday afternoon by NSW Health regarding the visit of a positive COVID case in the period of 1:20 – 1:45 pm Saturday 1st May to our Silverwater store.

 

Working closely with NSW Health, we have had all the staff that worked the day isolated immediately and sent for testing which have all come back negative and ensured guidelines recommended by NSW Health to be put in place.

 

We have also had NSW Health cleaning services undertake a deep cleaning of the premises which has since been completed today, Thursday 6th May. As before, we take the safety of customers seriously with signage and sanitisation stations at the multiple entry points to the stores.

Update 01 April 2020

Dear Customer,

 

There is no doubt you have heard a lot about COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the media recently as this world health concern continues to unfold.

For those of you waiting for products to arrive, we are continually monitoring the official channels regarding shipping arrivals to our ports.

 

We thank you for your patience and at this stage, we will continue to provide further information as its comes to hand. We anticipate stock arrival to Sydney Port on the 7th of April. If anything changes we will endeavor to keep you update as best we can.

 

Unfortunately, following advice from the Health Dept, we are unable to service BBQ's until further notice.

 

You can refund or we can keep you in the system and re-book when this service is able to continue.

 

The deposit paid can go towards the parts you need and we can post these to your address. Let us know how you would like to proceed.

 

However, we are open for gas fills, charcoal, BBQ spare parts & heating essentials. We have 3 open plan store locations, ample parking and experienced staff to assist.

Update 31 March 2020

Dear customer,

 

At this stage, we have introduced a number of procedures and proactive steps to ensure safety of our customers and staff, our regular services and processes to fulfil orders both in store and online remain in place with our showrooms and warehouses remaining open for customer enquiries, pick up and delivers.

 

We have taken action for social distancing and improved hygiene practices within our stores and warehouses. We wish to assure people that we are doing everything we can to continue to provide a high level of service and ask for your understanding and assistance so we can all get through these difficult times.
